Client Preparation Checklist
To ensure the best possible results, we ask that you prepare your property ahead of time using the guide below. While everything on this list is helpful:

🔹 Most Important:
✅ Turn off all ceiling fans
✅ Open all curtains and blinds to let in natural light
✅ Remove all vehicles from the driveway and in front of the property
✅ Declutter the home’s main areas as best as possible
✅ Tuck away cords and unplug visible electronics if necessary
✅ Put away sponges, dish soap, and other sink items
✅ Clear countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms

🔹 Additional Suggestions:
✅ Make beds neatly and fluff pillows
✅ Close toilet lids and hide personal toiletries
✅ Turn off all TVs, monitors, or screens
✅ Remove pet items like bowls, beds, and litter boxes
✅ Hide trash cans from kitchen, bathrooms, and exterior
✅ Tidy outdoor spaces (sweep porches, fluff outdoor cushions, etc.)
✅ Set dining tables if they are staged
✅ Replace burnt-out lightbulbs and use the same tone (warm/cool)
✅ Remove seasonal or excessive décor
✅ Ensure all lights work and are turned on

📅 Timeliness Matters:
The photographer will wait up to 20 minutes past the scheduled time before canceling. Same-day rescheduling may be possible if availability allows — see full details under our Client Terms.


Frequently Asked Questions
❓ Do I need to be at the photoshoot?
You are welcome to be present, but it is not required. In fact, for the smoothest session, we kindly recommend that clients wait in another room or step outside while the photographer works. This helps keep the session moving efficiently and ensures nothing is accidentally in frame.

❓ What is the complimentary 2D floor plan?
Every interior photo session and photo-inclusive package includes a complimentary 2D floor plan — a simple, overhead layout showing the shape and arrangement of rooms.
It does not include:
Furniture (fixed or unfixed)
Flooring textures
Measurements
It’s a visual guide — offered as a gift to add extra value to your listing. 
If you’d like to upgrade, we offer options that include:
Full 3D layouts with furniture
Fixed features like fireplaces, countertops, built-ins
Flooring materials and textures

❓ What if it rains?
     We will always photograph the interior of the property as scheduled. If weather prevents exterior images, we offer rescheduling for outdoor-only sessions. This starts at $50 (to cover gas/travel) and may vary depending on distance from our base in 30248.
     It is the client's responsibility to monitor weather and reschedule ahead of time if needed.

❓ What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours ahead of time: No charge
48–24 hours: 25% cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours or on-site: Full session charge (100%)
     The photographer will wait up to 20 minutes for a scheduled appointment. If the client is late or the property is not ready, the session may be shortened or canceled. Same-day rescheduling may be possible, depending on availability.

❓ What is virtual staging?
     Virtual staging is a powerful add-on where empty rooms are digitally furnished to show potential.
We also offer:
Virtual furniture added to 2D floor plans
Staging added to 3D layouts
Perfect for helping buyers visualize a property's full potential without the cost of physical staging.

❓ Can I add services after booking?
Yes — if available. Please let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to:
Add video or drone footage
Add rush or same-day delivery
Upgrade your floor plan
All add-ons are subject to scheduling and availability.

❓ How long will it take to receive my photos?
Standard turnaround is within 72 hours from the end of the shoot.
If you need a faster option, we offer:
Rush Delivery (24–48 hrs) – $49*
Same-Day Delivery (within 12 hrs) – $99*
