Client Service Agreement & Booking Terms
The following policies apply to all services booked with SaLiz Viewpoint, a professional real estate photography division of SaSha Elizabeth Photography. By scheduling a session, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
1. Turnaround Times
Standard delivery is within 72 business hours, starting at the end of the scheduled photo session.
Rush and Same-Day delivery options must be confirmed prior to the appointment, and are only honored if pre-approved and marked as available.
Any delivery timeframes are based on photo session completion, not arrival or booking time.
2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Reschedules/cancellations must be made 48 hours or more in advance to avoid charges.
Cancellations or reschedules made between 48–24 hours incur a 25% charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or on-site incur a 100% charge.
However, if rebooking:
Receive 30% off if rebooking the same location and package.
Receive 20% off for a new location/package, up to and not exceeding the 30% total of the original booking.
3. Arrival, Delays & Setup Conditions
The photographer will wait up to 20 minutes after the scheduled start time.
If staging or property delays exceed this time, the session may be rushed or cut short, including possible omission of the complimentary 2D floor plan.
If the photographer chooses to proceed after the 20-minute delay, a minimum $50 reshoot/setup fee may apply, depending on readiness.
4. Weather Conditions
If weather does not permit safe or quality outdoor shooting, the photographer will complete interior photos only.
Outdoor photography may be rescheduled, subject to availability, and a minimum $50 gas/travel fee will apply (possibly more depending on distance from McDonough, GA 30248).
It is the client’s responsibility to monitor the weather and reschedule before the shoot if conditions appear unfavorable.
5. Copyright & Usage
All media is copyrighted to SaSha Elizabeth Photography.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license for use of the images/videos solely for marketing the specific property photographed.
Images may not be resold, reused, transferred to other listings, or altered without written consent.
6. Travel Fee
A travel surcharge may apply for properties beyond a 30-mile radius from 30248 (McDonough, GA).
Any additional charges will be disclosed during booking.
7. Property Condition
The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is clean, decluttered, and photo-ready at the time of the appointment.
If the home is not ready and delays exceed 20 minutes, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule or proceed with limited services, as described above.
8. Liability
SaLiz Viewpoint and SaSha Elizabeth Photography are not liable for:
Property damage
Misrepresentation of property features
Final visual outcome due to inadequate preparation or lighting
9. Affiliation & Legal Ownership
SaLiz Viewpoint is a photography brand and service line of SaSha Elizabeth Media, which retains full administrative and creative control of all work.
All bookings, copyrights, edits, and policies fall under the authority of SaSha Elizabeth Media.
